"DELVING INTO THE APPRECIATIONS: FORMULATING AND UNVEILING POLYMER- SUPPORTED CDS-ZNS NANOCOMPOSITES FOR DIVERSE APPLICATIONS"
Ms Hodade Dipali Nagnath, Dr. Mohan N Giriya
Abstract
This study investigates the synthesis and properties of conducting polymers, focusing on polyaniline
(PANI). Nanostructured PANI, prepared using various sol gel methods, exhibits significant changes in
morphology, crystallinity, and conductivity . The unconventional synthesis techniques lead to alterations
in chemical composition and surface area, as confirmed through comprehensive characterization. The
study explores recent advancements in conducting polymers, emphasizing the direct relationship between
structure and properties. PANI/CdS nanocomposites demonstrate higher DC conductivity than pure PANI,
with in situ production influencing electrical conductivity through cooperative interactions between PANI and CdS nanoparticles.
