“FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF MELT-IN-MOUTH TABLETS OF LOSARTAN POTASSIUM AND RAMIPRIL”

Abstract
The goal of the study was to design and assess melt-in-mouth tablets of Losartan potassium (LP) and Ramipril (RM) utilizing various superdisintegrats to improve drug bioavailability and patient compliance. Melt-in-mouth tablets of LP and RM has been made by direct compression of drugs with diluents and different super disintegrating agents such as sodium starch glycolate and croscarmellose sodium.
