A Computational Analysis for Detecting the Hypertensive disorders of women under Gestation
R.Gomathi, Dr.K.Menaka
Abstract
According to the literatures reported, most of the pregnant women do not incur any complications during their gestation period, but some women get health problems/complications during this period. The complications during the gestational period of a woman may bring out hypertensive disorders which when not treated at the right time properly may lead to Preeclampsia, a more complicated problem for a woman under gestation. Higher levels of blood pressure due to the hypersensitivity will cause preeclampsia to some women. Preeclampsia can be treated by carefully monitoring and by providing proper medication to the women under gestation which will lower their blood pressure and Gestational Hypertension (GH). This study has been undertaken by observing the predominant factors like Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) and Diastolic Blood Pressure(DBP) and other associated health factors of gestational women and bringing out the fact that predicting this disease at an early stage by observing these parameters and treating the gestation women appropriately will reduce the rate of mortality. With respect to this, few statistical analyses have been performed and the results of those methods are discussed. The observed results show that there exist a strong positive correlation between SDP and GH and a moderate correlation between DBP and GH.
