A NEW SINGLE-PHASE BIDIRECTIONAL ONBOARD CONVERTER FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES
P. Vinod Kumar, V. Sumanjali.
Abstract
The onboard DC-DC converter is suggested that uses a switching network in the DC side to control voltage levels in this paper. The
solution does not require additional equipment to use electric vehicles' existing hardware. No extra equipment is connected to the AC side
while electric drive remodeled onboard converter associates to power network via the power socket at the of cue or house. In terms of
price and/or volume, the unique proposed electric drive remodeled onboard converter offers advantages over regular EDROC. In the
charging mode, the electric drive remodeled onboard converter can make the UPF, & in the driving method, it provides the drive energy
to the motor. The charging & driving functions of the proposed fuzzy based EDROC have been verified using the Matlab/Simulink
environment.
