Abstract
The rewards of employing online approaches in second acquisition (SLA) research are discussed in this study. In addition to discussing the software programmes and other tools needed to set up a laboratory, it also offers a choice of online trials that have been extensively used in studies of second language processing which are appropriate for SLA research
