Abstract
As millennials have grown increasingly concerned with sustainability and environmental issues, they are searching for food that is produced without the use of chemicals, fertilisers, pesticides, and other additives. Understanding the factors influencing their shift towards healthier dining alternatives is urgently needed. The study's goal is to comprehend the dietary preferences displayed by generation Y customers. The study will also look at what influences millennials' indulgence in organic and nutritious food. People from the Y generation in Uttarakhand's major cities were chosen for the study, and preference was given to those who commonly eat at eateries that focus on healthier meal alternatives
