Abstract

People spend nominal time on railway station platforms using various amenities offered by our railway services, thus making their visit to railway station makes pleasurable it would resulted in user satisfaction. The railway ministry in our country has started plans for developing station by delivering state of art facilities and quality services in railway platforms. This paper is an attempt to know the user satisfaction with respect to amenities on platforms of Tuticorin terminal station.
