Abstract

The present paper talks about the concept of Emotional Intelligence and identifying its role among staff nurses wellbeing, working in hospital, Gwalior, MP. The objective of the study was to determine the correlation between Emotional Intelligence with Wellbeing among Staff Nurses working at selected hospitals in Madhya Pradesh.
