Abstract

Dates crop is one of the most important products that can contribute to the development of exports that outside oil and mineral in Iraq, due to Iraq is one of the important countries in the production of dates in terms of quantity and quality. Iraq had the first place in the production and marketing of dates for several years, but production has declined due to the continuing wars, political problems, and economic and social turbulence that Iraq has suffered from, which in turn has affected the production and export of dates to foreign markets
