Abstract
If we ask any school or a college how do you conduct the online test? The answer would be Google Form. Now, the Google Form has become a synonym for online tests. The features it provides are very useful to the faculty and learner. Any student can appear for the test with his own devices like mobile/desktop/tab. The location of appearing the test and the device to be used is independent. Not only Google forms are used for online tests, but some people also use Google Forms for a survey to do statistics/analysis in their domain. The Google service also includes Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drawings, Google Sites, and Google Keep. Google Forms is only available as a web application. The collected information can be automatically entered into a spreadsheet [6]. Because of this technology, there are limitations also exist. Students are using again Google search engine for suitable answer to the questions. It becoming very tough for faculty to know the ethics of the students. The marks are appearing for the student is real or not. To avoid these type of problems, here, we are proposing a solution and it is implemented. The results are also proven true. Finally, this paper provides an innovative solution for the faculty. Using this solution students cannot copy the question from the Internet.
