Abstract
The globe now has a serious issue with internet addiction, particularly among young people. Due to their immaturity, ease of access, and adaptable schedules, adolescents are thought to be particularly susceptible to and at risk for developing internet addiction. Adolescent internet addiction is significantly influenced by parental parenting practices. In one of Lahore's junior high schools, this research sought to examine the link between parental and maternal parenting styles and the prevalence of internet addiction among teenagers
