ANALYZING THE IMPORTANT ROLE OF HRM IN IMPROVING POOR EMPLOYEES' WORK PROCESS - AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

Abstract
Human resources management (HRM) has become an important aspect for retaining the employees along with enhancing the performance of the organizations. The main purpose of the study is to identify the role of HRM in improving the employee work process within the organizations. It has been found that HR mangers allocate appropriate training to the employees that help in boosting their skills and knowledge. A primary data collection method has been performed in the study with the help of a survey which has become significant in the collection of relevant information. The survey has been performed with 50 respondents and 10 questions have been asked to the selected participants. The gathered information has been analysed with the help of graphical analysis that have been developed with the help of excel tool.
