ASSESMENT OF SOCIO – ECONOMIC FACTORS ON MEDICATION ADHERANCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION AND TYPE 2 DIABETES

Abstract
Chronic diseases like Hypertension and diabetes are major public health problems in India and their prevalence is rapidly increasing. There is a need to assess the impact of social determinants and medication adherence on quality of life in patients suffering from chronic diseases. Aim: The main objective of this study was to evaluate the level of drug adherence and quality of in patients with hypertension and type II diabetes.
