About the competence of teachers in the field of higher education

Abstract

The article examines the problem of the competence of teachers in the sphere of higher professional education as one of the important factors in improving the quality of education in the Republic of Uzbekistan. With the solution of this problem, the authors of the article associate their expectations for a high level of training of highly qualified personnel in accordance with the modern requirements of the labor market
