Active release technique and oscillating energy manual therapy on patients with chronic lateral epicondylitis – A comparative study

Abstract
Lateral epicondylitis is the most common lesion of the elbow joint. It is more frequent
than medial epicondylitis. It is a common overuse syndrome in the extensor muscles of forearmExtensor carpi radialis brevis (ECRB), which is affected due to vigorous and repeated wrist movements.
The symptoms of lateral epicondylitis including pain production over the lateral epicondyle during
gripping activities, lifting heavy objects, shaking the hands.
