Adaptive Cold Storage Management System With Naive Bayes Fruit Classifier, Self Wise Blower Power Controller, ANN Power Controller, Arduino Power Controller With GSM Status Reporting

Abstract
Design and development of and adaptive cold storage management system with hybridization of image processing, artificial intelligence & embedded systems. The proposed cold storage management system shall have a GUI interface for selection of stored commodity, storage space & inventory function. The proposed system implements and image processing based fruit classifier using vaive bayes classifier to automatically classify, sort & allocate storage to three different types of fruits viz lemons oranges & nipis.
The proposed system also provides for artificial intelligence control of refrigeration power sot that power consumption can be optimized in real time. Shelf wise air circulation blowers are controlled sequentially according to fruit load in particular fruit class/shelf. According to the number of blowers running, refrigeration power is computed for running ODU (Out Door unit) refrigeration blowers by using a pre-trained neural network.
