Analysis for Soldier Work Effectiveness

Abstract
Intelligence officers are soldiers who have more intelligence capabilities, in other words being selected
is one of the components of selected human resources in a military agency and is and has an important
role as the eyes and ears of the military command, this is important because human resources are
elements that are not can be replaced by any advanced technology. Today's challenge for modern
soldiers is to have the perception that a career is the goal of life to improve the welfare of the soldiers,
so these soldiers always work and attend education and training more actively in achieving the desired
expectations. The comes about of this think about appeared that the career advancement and career
administration of troopers influenced the competence of the trooperswhile the competencies
possessed by the soldiers affected the effectiveness of the soldiers' work, the role of competence as
mediation was very strong in supporting the effectiveness of the soldiers' work
