Analysis of Green Performance Management And Its Impact On Organizational Sustainability- A Case Study Of IT Organization, Hyderabad, India

Abstract
Purpose: This study aimed to see how well green performance management (GPM) methodologies are
employed to increase sustainability in the IT organization. Precisely, A total of five green performance
techniques were considered. they are the relationship between GPM Indicators, Awareness of green
schemes has to reach among all employees, setting green targets and appraisals, including green criteria
in appraisal systems, penalties for non-performers, establishing green teams for environmental
sustainability
