Abstract

The complexity of social, economic, and political conditions causes organizations to develop and adapt to the new era. This change then resulted in New Public Management (NPM), which later changed to New Public Service (NPS) to help the community fulfill common interests. The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia participates in implementing NPS in providing services to the community.
