Abstract
Euphorbia TirucalliL. (Euphorbiaceae) or Aveloz is traditional used to treat kidney stones. The present study was design to evaluate Antiurolithic and antioxidant activity of Methanol extract of E.Tirucalli and USHBA (Poly herbal formulation -PHF) in Ethylene glycol (EG) induced urolithiasis in male albino rats. In a hyperoxaluric rat model, urolithiasis was generated by
administering 0.75 percent ethylene glycol (EG) for 28 days
