Abstract

Background &Purpose:More recently, arthroscopically assisted fixation techniques Based on previous reports of excellent clinical outcome of indirect coracoclavicular stabilization, we present our experience in performing a minimally invasive, closed-loop, double endobutton stabilization of Neer’s type II distal clavicle fractures, using the TightRope system (Arthrex,Naples, FL, USA)
