Assessment of risk factors of stroke among young adults

Abstract
Background: The incidence of ischemic stroke among young adults is rising. The present study was conducted to assess the risk factors of stroke among young adults. Materials & Methods: 58patients of age ranged 18-38 years of stroke of both genders in Bolangir, Odisha were enrolled. All patients completed National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) assessments to determine the severity of the stroke and classify the aetiology. Risk factors of stroke were also recorded
