Abstract
Background: Interleukin-17A (IL-17A) gene is suggested to play a pivotal role in ankylosing spondylitis(AS) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Its polymorphism can be considered as a risk factor for AS and PsA susceptibility and its clinical presentation. This study aimed to find the association of IL-17A (rs2275913) single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and the risk of both AS and PsA and their clinical manifestations in a cohort of AS and PsA patients
