Autonomous Cloud and Agent-Based Load Balancing Approaches Cloud Computing Environment

Abstract
Today’s everyday increasing demand for cloud computing,there are so many concerns are taking care in
this paper for overloading requests and response times that it is defined to inspire how we might
minimize load unbalancing performance and how it will design the effective performance used that
dynamic load balancing and task scheduling should be a design that operates cost-effective
performance in Cloud computing. In addition, a specific strategy will be used to avoid under loaded and
overloaded resources ever having to deal with an idle condition
