BENEFITS OF HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS FORSENIOR CITIZENS IN INDIA

Abstract
At Present, it covers all medical expenses like hospitalization costs, cost of medicines, and
doctor consultation fees that arise due to an illness or accidents for the insured Senior Citizens. This
study is an overview for health insurance for senior citizen in India, needs of health insurance to
senior citizens are clarified, benefits to senior citizens is highlighted and details prior to procuring a
health insurance policy for senior citizen has informed.
