Bioactive Component of Milk Oligosaccharides: A Review (2022)

Abstract
Milk is a good and main source of carbohydrate for the baby. It is a nutritious white fluid released by
mammals' glands. Primitive-lactation milk contains colostrum, which contains the mother's immune
system that reduces the risk of many diseases in babies. Milk contains a number of other nutrients,
including protein and lactose. Milk consumption of Interspecies is very common, especially in
humans. As an agricultural product, milk, also known as dairy milk, is derived from farm animals. On
the basis of their different bioactive properties like: prebiotic, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic etc. it is characterized as a complete food.
