Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating global impact on the health and well-being of many populations beyond the elderly and other vulnerable people. In addition to the direct effects of the virus infection, containment was introduced to combat the spread of the disease and the economic crisis. It also raised other concerns such as reduced physical activity, sleep, and psychological disorders.
Resilience is an individual's ability to live despite the stress
