Branding in Telecom Industry- A study on consumers attitudes and brand preferences in Indian Telecom domain

Abstract
This research paper aims to find out and analyze the factors affecting brand preference of the users towards different telecom service provider in context of Indian mobile telecom industry. Users prefer a particular brand over others is due to the influence of few factors. In this study, data was collected from 302 respondents which belong to village, towns and metropolitan cities having different profession using questionnaire.
