Buyer Behavior towards Online Bus Ticket Booking: A psychological Study

Abstract
This research study investigates the factors influencing buyer behavior towards online ticket booking
and the sub-elements of each factor. Data was collected through a survey with a structured
questionnaire. Data analysis was done through percentage analysis, frequency analysis, KMO and
Bartlett's test, reliability, ANOVA, correlation, and PLS Model, The result provides insights into the
factors and sub-elements influencing buyer online ticket booking behavior Factors such as user
interface, the number of options, offers, customer support, and cancellation coverage has an impact on
the overall client choice of online bus ticket booking, among these factors, the cancellation policy,
offering, and user interface are the Significant factors influencing consumer online bus booking behavior.
