Abstract
Background: Nearly two-thirds of the lymph nodes are found in the neck region. The enlargementof
cervical region lymph nodes is quite significant. Cervical lymphadenopathy is defined as an abnormal
increase in the size of cervical lymph nodes more than 1cm in diameter. It may affect different age groups
and the causative factors are different for each age group.
