Abstract

Meranti Islands is one of the districts that are prone to forest and land fires. Therefore, effective and efficient communication is very important to empower communities related to forest and land fires, especially in the Meranti Islands Regency. The research objectives are; to analyze the communication of empowerment by the government in overcoming forest and land fires (KARHUTLA) in the Meranti Islands Regency
