Abstract

Global computer networks connect subscribers located in different countries, on different continents, that is, the global network is a network that has the ability to combine computers in a voluntary state of the world in it. Communication between subscribers is carried out in such networks on telephone communication lines, on the basis of radio communication and sputnik communication systems.
