CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE RESIGNIFICATION OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT MODELS: FROM THE REVIEW OF PERSPECTIVES TO FACE BUSINESS CHANGE

Abstract
The review provides an approach to elements of resignification of management models in a changing
context and permanent challenge from different perspectives. The literature review involved scientific
mapping evidence between 2012-2022 in reviewing and examining the scope of the topic. Challenges
were discussed to face the permanent change of organizations from the awareness of those who lead
companies focused on elements of resignification of the managerial model: the motivation of human
potential as the center of managerial actions, organizational development from the use of strategies such
as organizational coaching, culture and business identity. In addition, the different authors propose the
need to be open to change in all areas of the development of society, the use of technological tools,
communication and innovation, market demands, customer satisfaction and strategies for business
survival and competitiveness.
