Abstract
Customer loyalty and brand perception play crucial roles in the automotive industry's success. This study examines the relationship between these two factors in the context of Maruti Suzuki, a leading automobile manufacturer in India. By analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and feedback, this research aims to uncover the drivers of customer loyalty and understand how they shape brand perception.
