Abdullah .M. Alaliaan , Wlla .M. Mohammed , Sabri. J. Mohammed
Abstract
The tin oxide as a film was successfully prepared using the vacuum evaporation method. XRD, FE-SEM,EDX, AFM, UV, and I-V characterizations are used to examine the morphological, structural, optical, and electrical features of the material. The pure and tainted tin oxide film showed a crystalline structure, and by adding bismuth oxide, this crystal structure was improved
Keywords
