Clinical Profile, Risk Factors, and Outcome of Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis at Tertiary Care Centre

Abstract

Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is characterized by clinical pleomorphism and pathogenic variability. Multifactorial causation of CVST and conflicting results in established literature pertaining to mortality and risk factors inspired us to study the clinical profile, risk factors, and outcome of CVST and to compare clinical profile with magnetic resonance venogram findings.
