Abstract

The fault diagnosis followed by corrective measures involves the human interlinking at every step and it turned out to be a most excellent problem for Artificial Intelligence. In the multiple cases the probabilty of fault occurrence articulated is vague and not completely defined. The maintenance engineer during condition based monitoring has to apply intelligenceto get realistic decisions depending on vast available data.
