Abstract
This paper presents an electromagnetic analytical model and finite volume model was used to give the relationship of the Aluminum layer thickness coated steel, and then looking for the optimal working frequency according to a given criterion. A Dodd and Deeds model was used for the analytical model and finite volume method looking to find the error between a two methods. A good accuracy and agreement between the numerical and analytical results were observed.
