Abstract

Invasive aspergillosis remains a severe fungal disease with high mortality. In this study we isolated variant strains of aspergillus fumigatus , then exposing those strains to UV radiation, also the strains allowed to grow on carbon & nitrogen deficient media and also grown at different incubation temperatures.
