Superintendent is a directed role whose ability improvement is decided through evaluation through non-formal education programs as the main task. However, many non-formal education inspectors experience problems in carrying out their duties. The research was conducted on non-formal education inspectors in the Greater Bandung area for 4 months in 2022. The research method applied was a qualitative approach, then data collection involved the supervisors, and the education office in the greater Bandung area.
