Conceptual Model of Training through E-Learning in Improving Technical Competence of Associate Inspectors in Greater Bandung

Abstract
Superintendent is a directed role whose ability improvement is decided through evaluation through non-formal education programs as the main task. However, many non-formal education inspectors experience problems in carrying out their duties. The research was conducted on non-formal education inspectors in the Greater Bandung area for 4 months in 2022. The research method applied was a qualitative approach, then data collection involved the supervisors, and the education office in the greater Bandung area. Based on the research results, it is known that the conceptual version of Pkbm empowerment becomes very useful in dealing with agencies and will assist supervisors in carrying out their responsibilities as supervisors.
