DESIGN AND CHARACTERIZATION OF PULSATILE, TABLET IN TABLET, AND RESERVOIR TYPE TABLET, DRUG DELIVERY OF LEVO SALBUTAMOL IN-VITRO

Abstract
The aim of the present study Anti-asthmatics are a group of drugs that can be used to prevent asthma, an inflammatory disease of airways to the lungs where breathing difficult and can make physical activities challenging or even impossible. They are composed drug surrounded by polymeric blends to increase the retention time of formulation in body. The purpose of the study is to prepare engineered Pulse-in-cap, tablet in tablet, and reservoir type tablet of levo- salbutamol. To characterise all the physico- chemical and quality control properties. So the availability of the drug during asthma attack is possible with Chronopharmaceutical drug delivery. They containing composition of HPMC K 100 M (Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), Ethyl cellulose was found to be superior as compared to other compositions for highly lipophilic drug levo salbutamol.
