DIAGNOSIS OF PAROXYSMAL RHYTHM DISTURBANCES IN YOUNG PEOPLE WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION
M.S. Baratova, M.J. Rizaeva
Abstract
The study aims to determine the structure and variants of arterial hypertension in young people. It was
found that in young people, high blood pressure syndrome was detected in 65% of cases and differs in
clinical and pathogenetic characteristics, which requires a differentiated approach to prevention,
therapy, and dispensary monitoring of these patients. In the group of individuals with systolic - diastolic
arterial hypertension, diastolic dysfunction was revealed without signs of left ventricular myocardial
hypertrophy
