Abstract
Parkinson’s disease (PD) is one of the common chronic degenerative conditions of the nervous system. There is currently no cure for PD, but a number of drugs offer benefits in terms of controlling the motor symptoms. Genetics has an essential role in the development of early-onset Parkinson's disease (EOPD). Heterocyclic compound is the class of cyclic organic compounds those having at least one hetero atom (i.e. atom other than carbon) in the cyclic ring system. Many heterocyclic compounds are very useful and essential for human life. These structures may comprise either simple aromatic rings or nonaromatic rings. The synthesis of heterocyclic compounds has been a topic of significant interest because of their broad applications. The biological activity and selectivity of these enzyme inhibitors seem to be very good
