Design and Implementation of HRMS for Companies

Abstract
Writing important data and private information is still common in our country, and both small and large businesses continue to use paper folders to write and manage information. The aim of the project is to develop an advanced HR management system for human resource departments in companies to make time-saving, easy access, and secure storage of all employee data possible. The project will help companies get rid of manual data management on paper and other basic systems. The system will work on all employee data, private and public, that the company requires and save them in a secure folder where only a specific user who has access to the system can manage and see the information.
