Design of Programmable Analog and Neuromorphic Computing Circuits using Pseudo- Memristive effect
Shikha Kapila , Vandana Khanna , Neeraj Kumar Shukla , Mainak Basu
Abstract
Researchers keep on trying to develop alternate structures by resizing transistors in the quest for reduced
size, improved performance, and better usability. Growing demand for miniaturization and limiting
aspects of transistor sizing leads to the development of other approaches. For more than ten years, the
amalgamation of novel devices along with transistors is also under consideration. One such combination
is memristor-transistor hybrid structures that are gaining attention
Keywords
Analog circuits, crossbar array neuromorphic computing, neuron, pseudo-memristive states, semiconductor.
