Developing the Capacity of Community Enterprises to Enhance the Local Economy in Samut Songkhram Province

Abstract
This research aims 1) to study the development of creative product innovations with social capital to increase the economic value of the foundation of community enterprises in Samut Songkhram province, 2) to study the development of the foundation economy for the development of community tourism networks by linking local products and cultural capital, Samut Songkhram province, and 3) to create a model of capacity development of community enterprises to enhance the local economy, Samut Songkhram province, from 4 targeted populations, namely group 1, analyze the condition and problems of community tourism network, from 4 community enterprises, 12 groups, analyze the path of causal relationships, namely members of community enterprises in Some District, Samut Songkhram Province, which has 52 community enterprises. Group 3 created a product innovation development model with 9 qualified people and group 4 created a model of entrepreneurial capacity development from 5 qualified persons. Correlated with economic capital factors Strategic placement factors Economic Value Factor 2) Study the foundation economic development for the development of community tourism networks by linking local products and cultural capital in Samut Songkhram Province. Focus on new natural tourism, culture focused on community tourism and new targeted markets focusing on health or elderly groups, and 3) a model of developing the capacity of community enterprises to enhance the local economy, Samut Songkhram province has 3 processes and 15 learning steps and learning outcomes measured from a financial perspective, customer perspective, perspective of internal processes, learning perspective and growth of the establishment.
