Abstract
This research is Mixed Methods Research and aims to study the level components and find a way to develop the administrative skills of educational institution administrators in the 21st century. The research method is divided into
3 phases. Phase 1: Study the composition of administrative skills by synthesizing papers and research papers and conducting a semi-structured interview with experts to confirm the composition in real-world situations
