Abstract

Scheduling is the process of arranging, controlling, and optimizing work activity in a process of a construction project. The estimating of activity duration involves assessing the number of work periods likely to be needed to complete each identified activity. Estimating activity duration is probably the most difficult aspect of scheduling Irrigation and Drainage Projects.
