Development of Supply Chain Performance Index (SCPI) using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for Automobile
Mukesh Sharma, Dr. Deepak Paliwal
Abstract
There are five performance criteria plan, source, production, delivery, and customer service &
satisfaction performance. Here we are to calculate the supply chain performance index (SCPI) of the PL
Hyundai. With the help of the performance measure questionnaire (PMQ) and the approaches analytical
hierarchy process and fuzzy approaches I calculated the individual score of each performance and to
suggest the industry managers for further solution.
In this study we find the supply chain performance index of PL Hyundai with the combination of the
analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematical approach. Now-a-days, the only analytic
hierarchy process is not much for the multi criteria decision making, so here the combination of the
approaches is used to find the performance of the supply chain. In identification of the supply chain
performance index, performance measurement questionnaire (PMQ) has an important role as data
collection from the PL Hyundai, academic experts and other industry experts.
