Development of a Power Management System for Autonomous IoT Devices
NITIN KUMAR
Abstract
Autonomous IoT devices are those that operate independently without any human
intervention. These devices are typically powered by batteries or other energy sources and must
operate efficiently to ensure long battery life. The power management system for autonomous IoT
devices must be able to manage the energy consumption of the device and maximize its operational
life. In addition to these techniques, the power management system for autonomous IoT devices
may also include energy harvesting capabilities. Energy harvesting involves capturing and storing
energy from the environment, such as from solar panels or temperature differentials, and using this
energy to power the device. By incorporating energy harvesting capabilities into the power
management system, the device can potentially operate indefinitely without the need for external
power sources.
